Step into your private Florida Keys paradise. The ground level features tropical landscaping, a quiet and secluded neighborhood directly on Vaca Cut with easy Gulf and Ocean access, and a brand-new community build. Enjoy your own private heated pool and separate hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor dining area with poolside loungers. Fish from the 30' dock with power and water, clean your catch at the community fish cleaning stations, and store your bait in the on-site freezer. Two bikes and cornhole are provided for your entertainment. There's also convenient trailer parking, a waterfront gazebo, and on-site amenities designed for boating and fishing enthusiasts.

This level features a luxury open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space with panoramic water views. The gourmet kitchen includes an island with seating for three, full stock of essentials, and high-end appliances for easy meal prep. The dining area comfortably seats 10 with stunning ocean and Gulf views. The spacious living room features a large Smart TV and plush sofa seating for relaxing after a day on the water. Also on this floor is Bedroom 3 (Queen) with blackout shades, Smart TV, dresser, and closet, plus a full hall bathroom with shower.

Retreat upstairs to your private sanctuary. The Master Suite boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, blackout shade, Smart TV, and private balcony with seating overlooking the sparkling waters of Vaca Cut. Its ensuite bathroom includes a dual vanity and oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 also offers a king bed, ensuite bath with shower, dresser, closet, blackout shades, and Smart TV. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed with Smart TV, dresser, and blackout shade, while Bedroom 5 features a twin-over-twin bunk with a pull-out twin trundle, Smart TV, and closet. These bedrooms share a hall bath with dual vanity and shower/tub combo. For added convenience, dual sets of washers and dryers are available on-site.

•••Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax per night for each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

•••Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

•••If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

•••This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate cats.

•••Pool heating is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
