For added convenience, a mobility stairlift is available upon request for easy access to the main level. Just let us know if you or a guest would like to use it during your stay, and we'll make sure it's ready for you.

On the second-level main floor of this beautiful Marathon rental, the open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining area welcome you with abundant natural light, creating a bright and airy space. Light tile floors and neutral tones set the perfect waterfront ambiance. To the right, the master suite features a private balcony overlooking the canal. To the left of the kitchen, two elegantly decorated guest rooms (bedrooms 2 and 3) and a spacious laundry area await. Off the main living room, a cozy additional room with a sofa bed provides extra sleeping space.
The gourmet kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, is fully equipped with cookware, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, stove, oven, and microwave, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals.
The kitchen flows into the inviting living room, where you can unwind and enjoy a Smart TV with a wide range of entertainment options. The living room opens onto a furnished terrace with canal views, featuring a dining table for al fresco meals and additional seating to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean.

"The house is beautiful and more than stocked with everything you could possibly need. Everything was thought of including even puzzles and games. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return! Coco Plum answered any questions we had immediately. We kept our boat at the easily accessible dock that is at the house and never had any issues! It was great to have an ice machine and bait fridge. There is a lot more that is provided with the house that one would not even think of!!"
