• Dock: 36' private deep water dockage and floating dock. 5'-7' depth. Please be aware of tide levels when entering and exiting the canal. When heading to open water, stay close to the shoreline to help avoid shallow areas. Always use caution and navigate according to current conditions.
• Pool: Dive into the private 418 sqft. pool with an integrated spa; heating or chilling available for a year-round splash. Pool towels are provided.
• Pet-friendly: Pets are welcome! Please notify us in advance and adhere to our pet policy.
• Fishing Enthusiasts: Bait freezer and commercial ice maker available for use as well as a fish cleaning station with water and power suppply, plus seconds to ocean access near Vaca Cut. Can fish right off the dock.
• Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy endless fun with a private jet ski space, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 7 bikes, an outdoor pool table, and cornhole for the ultimate outdoor entertainment.
• Parking: This property features a maximum of 4 cars and one trailer or 3 cars and 2 small trailers that must be parked within the property line. Parking for trailers is on the pea rock opposite the house.
• Sleep in Comfort: 2 master suites with en-suite bathrooms and smart TVs.
• Private Outdoor Space: Enjoy outdoor movie nights on a 120-inch projector screen, relax with a flat-screen TV, and cook in the outdoor kitchen with BBQ, sink, and fridge. Gather around the fire table while taking in ocean views from multiple large balconies, including one off the master bedroom. Situated in a private fenced yard within a gated, small community, you'll find plenty of outdoor seating, multiple dining areas, a pool bathroom, and an outdoor shower for added convenience.

••• 1st Level of the Home:

Upon entering Casa Playa, you'll find a sunlit entryway that leads you into a space reflecting the property's waterfront charm. Light wood-look tile floors and neutral walls set a calming tone. To the left, a staircase leads upstairs; to the right, you'll find the first of two master suites with a private ensuite bathroom. Straight ahead are the main living areas.

The spacious gourmet kitchen features a large breakfast bar and is fully equipped with cookware, a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and dishes. You'll also find a cooktop, oven, and microwave for home-cooked meals.

The kitchen flows into a cozy living room with a 75-inch Smart TV for your entertainment. A fully equipped laundry room and a half bathroom are also on this floor.

The living room opens to one of three furnished terraces with ocean views. The terrace includes a large dining table and ceiling fan, making it perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing with a morning coffee or evening cocktail.

••• Outdoor Oasis:

On the ground floor, you'll find a full outdoor kitchen and patio with a stainless steel BBQ, sink, and fridge. Enjoy the fenced yard while cooking, and set up a movie night on the 120-inch screen or catch the game on the flat-screen TV. The patio also features a corn hole set, countertop bar, and pool table, with ceiling fans for comfort.

This Marathon vacation rental also offers a floating dock with space for two Jetskis and 36 feet of additional dock. You'll have access to two kayaks and paddleboards. The heated pool includes a private spa. Additional features include outdoor security cameras and separate AC units on each floor for added convenience.

Head upstairs to discover three inviting bedrooms. The second master suite features a private bathroom, a large Smart TV, and its own ocean-view terrace—perfect for unwinding with a nightcap. Two additional bedrooms share a stylish Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Plus, an upstairs kitchenette and TV room provide all the comforts of home right at your fingertips.

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
