The first floor features the spacious master bedroom 1 with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, offering direct access to the patio and pool. Bedroom 2 on this floor includes a full-size bed and a futon, along with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy. This bedroom also boasts a kitchenette that opens to the covered patio and pool area, perfect for convenient poolside snacks. Relax in the water-view family room, complete with a large screen TV and an air hockey table for entertainment, ensuring you feel as if you've just stepped off the beach.
The home has two separate washer and dryer units, so everyone traveling together can easily do laundry if needed. It is equipped with WiFi and cable and has covered patio seating to enjoy the fresh ocean breezes no matter the weather.
Outdoor Oasis:
Outside the home, you can dock your sailboat at our gated and fully fenced property, featuring 100 feet of seawall and two sets of 30-foot docks for deep-water access to Sisters Creek and the Atlantic Ocean. The home is equipped with a bait freezer, commercial ice machine, and dockside fish cleaning table, making it easy to prepare your catch for grilling.
On days when you're not on the water, relax in your private heated swimming pool, complete with plenty of seating to enjoy the sun.
2nd Level of the Home:
Upstairs, the main living area features master suite 2 with stunning water views and private balcony access, complete with a spacious ensuite bathroom. This floor also includes bedroom 4 with two queen beds and an additional bathroom nearby. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living room, allowing the chef to be part of the action while entertaining guests.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

"We had a great time, and the place was perfect for what we were looking for. The dock had room for my 25' center console and my two sons-in-laws smaller inshore boat and flats boat. Plus being able to keep the trailers on property was huge for us. As far as the house, it was very nice inside and the layout worked out nice for the 8 of us. The pool was perfect and was positioned in such a way which allowed direct sunlight through the whole day for most of the pool and had some shade on one side for those who wanted to get out of the sun for a while (at least during this time of year). It had two paddle boards and two kayaks which we used every day. The kitchen had everything we need."
