Director of Operations
A longtime Florida Keys resident, Jessica brings seven years of manufacturing operations experience, including regional leadership. She specializes in optimizing processes, elevating guest experience, and supporting smooth, scalable operations. Outside work, she enjoys time with her two dogs and her fiancé, Raj.
Founder
Kelly launched Coco Plum Vacation Rentals in 2008 with a vision to blend innovation and integrity for guests and owners. She remains the team’s real estate broker, helping buyers, sellers, and investors across the Keys. Originally from Baltimore, she holds a BS in Biology and enjoys travel, studying, and charitable work through the Micah Missions non‑profit she co‑founded with her husband, Jim.
Broker, Vacation Rental Manager
With extensive hands‑on experience renovating and managing properties, Jim is proactive about maintenance and investment analysis. He’s a licensed Florida real estate broker and a trusted resource for keeping homes in excellent condition. He also cherishes time with his grandchildren and enjoys cooking and traveling with Kelly.
General Manager
Raj brings seven years of large‑scale team leadership and operational efficiency to property care, guest relations, and owner communications. Born and raised in Gainesville, he moved to Marathon in 2022. He loves great food, the outdoors, and time with his fiancée, Jessica, and their two dogs.
Guest Services Manager
Rea has nearly four years with Coco Plum and over 15 years in customer service spanning airlines, cruise lines, and travel agencies. She holds a degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines and enjoys family time with her husband and two children.
Guest Services Supervisor
A Florida Keys local, Kiley studied hospitality, communication, and sociology at FAU. Passionate about coastal living and service, she also enjoys traveling, baking, reading, and time with her husband and their two dogs.
