Its perfect for boaters that rent or bring their own to the dock. The pool didnt need heat in November, was perfect temp all the time. It has pool lights that come on with the porch lights off at night. We used the Keurig extensively, relocated from the washer/drier room. We would love to come back a year from now when all the new home construction in the neighborhood is finished. Every morning we watched the lobster boats pass by around 7am with coffee on the back deck. Its about an hr from Key West which we took advantage of. We probably spent most of the time in the pool or snorkeling around the dock. Bicycles, kayaks, and fishing poles are ready to go in the garage as well. A couple small issues were resolved within an hr of notice and Coco Plum did a great job staying on top of anything we needed."
